Volunteer Recruiter/Mentor

We are looking for someone with some computer skills, knowledge of volunteering in the park, and a people person. This role’s responsibilities are:

• Solicit for long-term volunteers
• Understand their:
  • Level time commitment expectations
  • Areas of interest that can give them an enjoyable experience
  • Skills that can help them excel
• Steer them to roles they might enjoy
• Be their “friend” during their on-boarding into the “volunteer family”
