Supporting one of Atlanta’s most important cultural resources…

The Friends of Kennesaw Mountain works in partnership with the National Park Service to raise funds to enhance Kennesaw Mountain for present and future generations. We are building on a long heritage of Native American tribes, settlers, soldiers, farmers, Illinois donors, and the Civilian Conservation Corps that helped create one of Cobb County’s most diverse greenspaces. The park is an oasis of hiking, history, and health within a bustling area and has over 2.5 million visits annually. Your money goes to improving the trail network, supporting living history demonstrations, and enhancing both access and comfort while inside the park. Our goal is to sustain this living memorial and ensure it remains a vibrant place for the future.
