SUMMARY:Trail Club Workday - Noses Creek Trail
DESCRIPTION:Did you know that you can play a role in maintaining the trails at Kennesaw Mountain? Every 2nd Saturday of the month\, the Kennesaw Mountain Trails Club invites the public to come and help improve Kennesaw Mountain. In October\, work will be performing annual maintenance on Hardage Mill Trail from the where the trail meets the Noses Creek Trail to the north side of Nose Creek. SUMMARY:Wine Tasting Benefit
DESCRIPTION:Come and join the Friends of Kennesaw Mountain for a special wine tasting benefit at the Marietta Wine Market. The cost of the tasting is $10\, and door prize tickets are $20 for 5.\n\nKennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park hosts over 2 million visitors from around the country and world every year. Many neighbors also hike and walk the 30 miles of beautiful park trails every week!\n\nFriends of Kennesaw Mountain is a 501c3 non-profit organization that helps with trail work\, park upkeep and educational programs. We are entirely supported through donations.\n\nPlease consider a donation to this event and come on out and join us that evening to meet neighbors and friends. We will promote all donors from the podium\, with print materials that evening\, on our social media pages and in the newsletter.\nThanks for your generosity and support in our efforts to enhance and improve the park.
